Dr. Jesse Neal, D.D.S.
Dr. Neal received his undergraduate degree from Chadron State College in 1999 and went on to the University of Nebraska Medical Center-College of Dentistry where he became a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2003. He was accepted into a Dental Residency Program at UNMC Omaha in the fall of 2003 and continued at UNMC Omaha as a resident advisor. In the fall of 2004, he began a new position at the UNMC College of Dentistry as a Staff Dentist.
Dr. Neal has worked with countless patients to improve their well-being through comprehensive dentistry, and has extensive training TMJ and airway issues. He and his family moved to Alma, Nebraska to fill the need for a full-time dentist in the Harlan County area.

Originally from Hampton, Nebraska, Cara earned her degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. With over 31 years of experience in the field, she brings a high level of skill, attention to detail, and a true passion for helping patients achieve their healthiest smiles.
Cara married her husband, Chad, in 1995, and they now reside on the family farm near Wilcox, Nebraska. Together, they’ve raised two children and welcomed a daughter-in-law. Outside the office, Cara enjoys helping with the farm, exercising, horseback riding, and discovering new flavors through food.
A lifelong learner and health-focused professional, Cara loves meeting new patients and is dedicated to making each visit a positive and comfortable experience. Her warm personality, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable part of our team.

Originally from Wauneta, Nebraska, Seri grew up on her family farm, where she developed a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for community. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Administrative Office Management from John Brown University, with double concentrations in Leadership & Management and Information Systems. Following graduation, she worked in the corporate world as an operations officer in banking before stepping away to raise her six children.
After spending many years homeschooling her six children through sixth grade, Seri now brings her heart for service and strong organizational skills to Dr. Jesse Neal Dental Care, where she works alongside her husband, Dr Jesse Neal, managing the day-to-day operations.
Seri is passionate about creating systems that help the office run smoothly and efficiently and ensuring both staff and patients feel supported and cared for. She loves helping others reach their full potential, and cultivating a positive, welcoming environment in the office.
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, reading, traveling, soaking up warm weather, supporting her kids’ activities and passions, and spending time with her family. Her faith in Jesus is at the center of her life and work.

Originally from Hastings, Nebraska, Taylor joined our team in September 2021. She received her coronal polishing certification from Central Community College and her radiography certification from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Taylor is passionate about connecting with patients and enjoys helping them feel at ease while supporting their dental health.
Outside the office, she loves living near the lake, spending time outdoors, being with friends and family, and attending concerts.

Trisha ScottFront Desk Trisha ScottFront DeskTrisha grew up in Kansas and moved to Nebraska in 2000 with her husband Travis. She graduated from the University of Nebraska Kearney in 2003 with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. She came to us in 2024 with experience in banking and owning and operating the family business over the past 24 years. She enjoys establishing relationships with the patients and helping the office run efficiently. In her spare time, Trisha enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, Riley and Kamryn, and visiting the Florida beaches.
